At The Flower Boutique, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Because of the highly perishable nature of fresh flowers and our custom, seasonal design process, all sales are final.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If there is a legitimate issue with your order—such as an error in delivery or an unexpected quality concern—please contact our store within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. Our dedicated team will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, depending on the specific circumstances of the order.

For event installations, weddings, or corporate orders, our return and cancellation terms are governed by your specific service agreement. Please refer to your signed contract for those details.
