General Policy
At The Flower Boutique, our goal is to provide exceptional floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom, seasonal nature of our designs, all sales are final.
Seasonal Substitutions
We strive to ensure your arrangement is as close to the product image as possible. However, floral availability is subject to seasonal changes and market availability. The Flower Boutique reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall color palette, style, and design integrity of your chosen arrangement.
Delivery Liabilities
We are pleased to offer delivery services throughout Orange County and select areas of Los Angeles County. We take the utmost care in handling your blooms. However, The Flower Boutique is not responsible for damage to arrangements caused by improper storage or handling after the delivery is successfully completed. Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location or that there is a secure, shaded place for drop-off.
Quality & Satisfaction
Your happiness is our priority. While all sales are final, we want you to be delighted with your order. If you experience a significant issue with the quality of your fresh flowers, please contact our store within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and work with you to provide a resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, on a case-by-case basis.
